How to cook aquavit: Crush the spices with a rolling pin or in a pounder, pour into a frying pan and fry on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes continuously stirring. Infuse in a dark place for 2 weeks shaking it from time to time, then filter and leave for 3-4 days.
